These Terms govern your use of the Truvaro app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Truvaro helps you track transactions, categorize spending, and plan monthly budgets. Bank connections are provided through Plaid. Truvaro is a budgeting tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Truvaro Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. One subscription covers you and your invited partner.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law or another person's rights.
By connecting an institution, you authorize us and Plaid to access and store the account and transaction information needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time from Tools → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on information shown in the app. Account balances and transactions are provided by third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate; always verify with your financial institution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
